Delivery Driver Workflow
Bags are assigned to a delivery driver by the dispatcher.
Tip: In step 1, you can scan multiple bags in continuous scan mode and pick them all up in one go.

At the airport or bag warehouse, select or scan the bags you are collecting.

Tap PICK UP.
Or:
Tap UNASSIGN if you can't pick up a bag.

To notify the passenger of the delivery time, select the bags and tap SCHEDULE DELIVERY.

Drive to the passenger's address.

To confirm delivery, select the bags and tap DELIVER.
Or:
If you can't deliver (for example, the passenger is absent), tap CAN NOT DELIVER.
Tip: You can scan bags already assigned to another driver and assign them to yourself. This is useful if the bags have been collected by a pickup driver and taken to a bag warehouse.
